IV Sedation

IV Sedation is a small injection of sedative into the vein of the arm.

IV Sedation is good for anxious or nervous patients as it will completely relax them and the patient may even go to sleep during the treatment. Patients usually have little or no memory after the treatment is completed. In most cases a local anaesthetic is also used. Talk to our dentists about this service if you think this may help you.
